Conservation Club to host Open House

MILAN, Ill – The Rock Island Conservation Club is having an Open House Sunday April 22nd  from 1-4 p.m.  This is open to the public.  People will be able to tour the grounds and buildings, and refreshments will be available. There will be a hayrack ride (weather permitting) Memberships will be available.

The RICC is a member of the Quad City Conservation Alliance, which manages the QCCA Expo Center.  We are now a practice facility for the Moline High School Bass Fishing Team.

The RICC is a great place for family fun.  We offer free camping and fishing to our members, as well as nature watching opportunities. We have over 100 acres with 70 acres of water just minutes from town.  Our lakes are stocked every year with a variety of fish.   During these tough economic times we offer a getaway close to home, and a view of nature like no other. We also have a clubhouse and bar available for rentals from anything from business meetings to weddings.
