MILAN, Ill.--An update on one of the dogs WQAD featured this week on News Eight at 11am. On Monday, we met a Lhasa Apso from the Quad City Animal Welfare Center in Milan.WQAD’s Cassie Heiter said she just could resist and she decided to adopt her.
